I’m passionate about supporting courageous leaders, organisations, and multi-stakeholder groups who are helping make our world a better place increase their effectiveness as they respond to complexity, change, and uncertainty to:

I guide people and teams who want to go above and beyond, who intend to lead change in their industry or transform their system – and themselves – seeing their work as part of a bigger shift.

Organisational transformation

I help organizations break through patterns that don’t work so they can better achieve their strategic objectives, respond to complex challenges, and accelerate their Sustainable Development Goals or Environmental, Social, and Governance commitments.

 In partnership with other consultants, I help UN agencies, ministries and multi-stakeholder groups facilitate complex change, such as the reform of an education system, building resilience for a surge of refugees, innovation for crisis, or climate action.
